By accessing or using Prizm ("the Platform"), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of India. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Prizm Worldwide. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
To use Prizm, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 18 years of age — the Watch-to-Earn earning feature is restricted to users 18 and above
- You are a resident of India or accessing from an eligible jurisdiction
- You possess a valid bank account or UPI-linked payment instrument capable of receiving electronic fund transfers
- All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful
- You have not previously been suspended or permanently banned from the Platform
Each person may hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to gain additional earnings is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, created multiple accounts, or provided false information during registration or KYC verification. Upon termination for violation, any accrued Wallet balance may be forfeited.
- Using bots, scripts, macros, browser extensions, emulators, or any automated tool to simulate ad views or generate earnings
- Creating or operating multiple accounts to earn duplicate credits
- Sharing, selling, renting, or transferring your account to another person
- Using a VPN, proxy, Tor network, or any IP-masking tool to misrepresent your location or circumvent geo-restrictions
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
- Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's servers, networks, or databases
- Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Indian law
- Engaging in click fraud — clicking on advertisements without genuine intent
Films and media content on Prizm are curated from the Internet Archive (archive.org) and other third-party sources. Content is selected in good faith as publicly accessible material. However, Prizm does not independently verify the copyright status of every individual title and makes no warranty that all content is free of third-party rights claims. Content may be removed at any time upon a valid rights complaint or internal review.
All original Prizm content — including the brand name, logo, interface design, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Prizm Worldwide, protected under the Copyright Act 1957 (India).
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Prizm Worldwide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Prizm shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, or disruption of third-party services.
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@prizmworldwide.com to attempt informal resolution. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We will notify you via email at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
