These policies explain how Prizm operates, how reward-enabled features are handled, how personal data is used, and how users or rights holders can contact us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prizm, you agree to these Terms of Service, our platform policies, and applicable laws of India. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

2. About Prizm
Prizm is a reward-enabled entertainment platform. We do not charge users a subscription fee, sign-up fee, or access fee for standard platform use. Where rewards are offered, they are funded by Prizm through lawful advertising, sponsorship, promotional, affiliate, research, or similar partner arrangements and remain subject to review, validation, and availability.
3. Eligibility
  • You are at least 18 years of age to access reward-related features
  • You provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • You maintain only one personal account unless Prizm gives written approval otherwise
  • You are not currently suspended or banned from the platform
  • You can receive lawful payouts to your own UPI or bank account when such payouts are enabled
4. Account Registration and Security
Single Account Rule

Each person may maintain only one account unless Prizm expressly approves an exception in writing.

Security Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, repeated policy breaches, misuse of the platform, inaccurate KYC details, or attempts to manipulate rewards or content access.

5. Prohibited Conduct
  • Using bots, scripts, emulators, macros, or other automation to simulate engagement
  • Creating multiple accounts to obtain duplicate rewards or evade enforcement
  • Using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to misrepresent location where that affects eligibility or partner rules
  • Bypassing, suppressing, or manipulating sponsored content, validation checks, or fraud controls
  • Sharing, selling, renting, or transferring your account
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform or its APIs
  • Using the platform for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes
6. Content on the Platform

Prizm may curate or link to films and media from public archives, rights-cleared collections, and other third-party sources that appear lawfully accessible. Prizm does not guarantee that every title will remain available or free from rights claims at all times. Content may be removed or restricted at any time after internal review, partner request, or valid rights notice.

All original Prizm branding, software, interface design, text, and original creative material remain the property of Prizm Worldwide or its licensors.

7. Rewards Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
No guaranteed income. Prizm is not a salary, employment, or fixed-income platform. Reward amounts, campaign availability, validation outcomes, and payout timelines can change based on partner rules, fraud checks, legal requirements, and platform operations.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Prizm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use, partner campaign changes, content availability, or payout delays outside our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to first contact legal@prizmworldwide.com for an opportunity to resolve the matter informally. Subject to applicable law, courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India will have jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice on the platform or by email before the changes take effect.
